Corporate, film sets, weddings, birthdays, hunting trips, fishing trips, golf trips, christenings, funerals, breakfasts, lunches, dinners – you name it we’ll do it. We have even done some very wild catering in some very remote locations – just ask us how we can help.

Yes, we have a marvelous team
Yes, for smaller events, we can provide our own crockery, cutlery and platters. For larger events, we use an external service and can organise all the hire for you. If you prefer to organise the hire of the equipment yourself, we will go through with you what would be required.
Yes but these are not standard so would incur an additional fee
Yes, we have created bespoke menus for diets including coeliac, dairy free, sugar free, anti-inflammatory, paleo, vegan and macrobiotic diets.
Yes, we can provide this
We will try to accommodate changes as far as possible (we know how these things go) but any changes made within a month of the event are chargeable.
We have three bases in Scotland: Fife, Edinburgh and the Highlands but we cater all over the UK and overseas.
You can have whatever you want – it’s your party
Yes, we do buffet catering
Yes, we have a converted horse box food truck, it goes to the Highland Games and festivals around the country but it is also available for private hire
We offer a range of cuisines. While we are classically trained in modern British cuisine, we also have experience, in Russian, Mediterranean, Thai, Chinese, Balinese, Modern European, Japanese, Scandinavian, Swiss, Brazilian and most other cuisines. Our experienced chefs are adept at customising menus to suit your tastes and preferences.
Yes, we try to use the best local suppliers where possible and have built great relationships with a number of truth worthy people over the years. We use seasonal, sustainable, and ethical ingredients. All our poultry and eggs are free range.
We try to minimise waste and recycle wherever possible
For events with staff and/or equipment we will charge a 25% deposit to secure the event booking. The balance needs to be settled in full 8 weeks before the event. Any breakages would be invoiced after the event.
We take payments by BACS, debit cards and cash.
